Privacy policy
We collect the minimum information required to deliver your order — nothing more. We never sell personal data, and we never ask for a prepayment for COD orders.
What we collect
- Name, mobile number and delivery address, used to dispatch and track your parcel.
- Order history so we can support exchanges, refunds and warranty claims.
- Anonymous analytics such as page views and device type, to improve the store.
How we use it
- Your phone number is shared with our courier partner solely for delivery coordination.
- We do not run OTP verification, so your number is never used for authentication codes at checkout.
- Payment for COD orders happens in person; we never store card or UPI credentials.
Storage & security
- Data is stored in a Postgres database with row level security enabled, hosted by Supabase.
- Server access keys are held as encrypted Cloudflare secrets and never reach the browser.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to care@thrashstore.in.
Cookies
- We use a local cart cookie and standard analytics cookies to keep your bag and measure traffic.
- You can clear cookies from your browser at any time without losing the ability to order.
