Shipping policy
THRASH STORE ships to every serviceable pin code in India with free delivery on 100% of orders. There is no minimum order value and no prepayment requirement.
Dispatch timelines
- Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a working day are picked, packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
- Every order leaves our Bengaluru studio with a printed invoice and a tamper-evident seal.
Delivery estimates
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days.
- Tier 2 and tier 3 cities: 3–6 working days.
- North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island pin codes: 5–8 working days.
- You will receive an SMS with the tracking link as soon as the courier scans the parcel.
Shipping charges
- Delivery is free across India — no thresholds, no hidden handling fees.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry the same price as prepaid orders. We do not add a COD surcharge.
Cash on Delivery
- COD is available on every order. Pay in cash or by UPI to the delivery agent at your doorstep.
- There is no OTP verification and no advance payment step — you only pay once the parcel is in your hands.
- If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt two more deliveries before returning the parcel to us.
