Return & refund policy
If the fit, fabric or colour is not what you expected, we will make it right. Exchanges and returns are open for 7 days from delivery.
7-day window
- Raise a request within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page or by replying to your order SMS.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Free pickup is arranged from your delivery address for serviceable pin codes.
Size exchanges
- Size exchanges are free once per order — we cover the reverse and forward shipping.
- Share the size you need and we reserve stock immediately while the pickup is in transit.
- Exchanges are dispatched the same day the returned parcel is scanned by our courier partner.
Refunds
- COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer within 3–5 working days of quality check.
- Refunds are issued to the account details you share at the time of the request.
- Original shipping is free, so refunds are always for the full amount you paid in cash.
Not eligible
- Customised or altered garments, innerwear, and items marked “final sale”.
- Products returned without tags or showing signs of wear, wash or perfume.
