By placing an order with THRASH STORE you accept these terms. They exist to keep the experience honest for both sides.
Orders
- All orders are subject to stock availability at the moment of checkout; our ordering system locks stock atomically.
- If a size sells out mid-checkout you will be told immediately and no payment will be collected.
- We may cancel an order in case of repeated COD refusals or misuse of promotional codes.
Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST.
- Strike-through prices reflect the original launch price of the style, not an inflated MRP.
Intellectual property
- All artwork, photography and copy on this store belong to THRASH STORE.
- Product imagery may not be reused for commercial purposes without written permission.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
